#EndSARS Lead Attorney Reacts To Murder Of Kolade Johnson By SARS Officers

The Lead professional of #ENDSARS campaign, lawyer Abdul Mahmud, says the killing of Kolade Johnson, a soccer fan, United Nations agency was shot dead by policemen from the Anti-Cultism Unit (SARS) of metropolis State Command, “is a tip of the iceberg” of the continued police brutality in Nigeria.
Mahmud, popularly referred to as nice Oracle, created this comment during a series of tweets on the micro-blogging web site, Twitter, on Monday, April 1.
Naija News had rumored earlier that Johnson’s death occurred once Associate in Nursing unmarked business bus visited Mangoro/Onipetesi community in metropolis, Nigeria’s business town, on Sunday afternoon in search of youths dressed wildly and rocking dreadlocks.
In an endeavor to disperse a crowd that had gathered throughout the raid, one among the police operatives shot dead Johnson, United Nations agency was making an attempt to depart the scene once observation English Premier League match between port and Tottenham.

Reacting to the ugly incident,  Mahmud wrote: “The killing of Kolade Johnson may be a tip of the iceberg.
“Sadly, we’ve got totally happy-go-lucky voters that have continuing to require the #EndSARS Campaign as a political soccer.
“For these idiots, here’s my riposte: pray the earth science of killings doesn’t extend close to you.
“Pray for all different Nigerians, this can be not the time to be hopeless and languid.
“We should demand answerableness from our personages & institutions- From President, and VP, to Senate President & Speaker HoReps,” he wrote.

Meanwhile, #EndSARS campaign, may be a coalition of Non-Governmental Organizations, NGO, concerned within the current citizens’ push for the reform of the Nigeria law enforcement agency, NPF, a lot of notably the agitation for the scrapping of the Special Anti-robbery Squad, SARS.
